12-month warranty

Your Glow Mask is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, valid in Mexico from the date of purchase, in accordance with Mexican Official Standard NOM-024-SCFI-2013 and the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects in materials, LEDs, connections, and device operation under normal use as described in the manual.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse, impacts, drops, moisture or immersion in liquids, modifications or third-party repairs, and normal wear from use.

How to make a claim

Write to us on WhatsApp (+52 55 6727 5345) with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a description of the problem, ideally with a photo or video. Our team will walk you through the next steps; if the defect is covered, we will repair or replace your device at no cost, including reasonable shipping costs as provided by law.

This warranty does not limit your rights as a consumer before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
