About use

How long is a session?

Between 10 and 20 minutes; each mode comes preset to 10 minutes. Switch on your Glow Mask, choose your light mode, and lie back.

How often should I use it?

Consistency matters more than duration: 3 to 4 sessions a week, 10 to 20 minutes each, on clean, dry skin.

When will I notice changes?

Every skin is different and the experience varies from person to person. What we can tell you: the key is consistent use over weeks, not a single session.

Is it safe?

The Glow Mask is a device for cosmetic use with low-heat LEDs. In Mexico it is sold for cosmetic use at home and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, have a skin condition, photosensitivity, or take photosensitizing medication, consult a health professional before using it. Read the manual and warnings before first use.

How do I clean it?

With a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Never submerge it in water or use alcohol or solvents.
