Before you buy
What does the Glow Mask do for my skin?
It uses light — no heat, no UV — to support the look of firmer, more even, more radiant skin. It's cosmetic care at home: 10 to 20 minutes, three or four times a week, and consistency.
Is it for me?
If you want to care for your skin at home without appointments or clinic chairs, yes. It works for every skin type and tone. Don't use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have photosensitivity or take medication that causes it; with a skin condition, check with your dermatologist first.
Does it feel like anything? Does it get hot?
No. The light doesn't heat or sting; you'll only see the glow. Close your eyes, breathe, and let it work.
How do I know it's good quality?
The model was reviewed by two independent health authorities: the U.S. FDA (510(k) clearance) and Health Canada (medical device licence), and it carries CE marking and RoHS compliance. Its 122 four-band LEDs work at an irradiance of 29 to 40 mW/cm². The mask is made of medical-grade, hypoallergenic silicone. In Mexico it's sold for cosmetic use at home. And if something doesn't convince you, you have 30 days to return it.
How to use it
What is a session like?
Clean, dry skin. Put on the eye protectors, put on the mask and adjust the straps, choose your mode on the controller and lie back for 10 to 20 minutes. Afterwards, your usual serum or cream.
Can I use my cream or makeup?
Use it on clean skin, with no makeup or creams. Apply your products after the session, so the light reaches the skin directly.
Which mode do I choose on the first day?
Mode 1 (Essential). It's red light on its own and suits any skin. Once you get the rhythm, try the rest: each mode is preset to 10 minutes.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
The battery lives in the handheld controller, which connects to the mask with a cable; charge it with the included USB-C cable, like your phone.
Is it comfortable? Does it fit?
It's made of medical-grade, hypoallergenic silicone, soft and flexible, with openings for eyes, nose and mouth, held by three velcro straps — one over the head, two around — that you adjust to fit. It weighs 198 g: you can read or rest while you wear it.
How do I clean it?
The mask, with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use; the straps too. Never submerge it in water or use alcohol.
Safety
Is it safe?
Yes. It uses light with no UV rays or heat, in the most-studied types of light for skincare. In Mexico it is sold for cosmetic use at home; it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Who shouldn't use it?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, minors, and people with photosensitivity or taking photosensitizing medication. If you have a skin or eye condition, consult a health professional before use.
Do I need to protect my eyes?
Yes, always. The eye protectors come in the box: wear them every session and keep your eyes closed.
Buying
When will I notice changes?
Every skin is different and we don't promise timelines. What we do know: changes come with consistency, over weeks, not from a single session.
Can I pay in interest-free installments?
Yes. Paying with Mercado Pago you can choose up to 12 interest-free months with participating cards.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it, unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll tell you how. See the full policy.
What if it breaks?
It has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, valid in Mexico. Message us, we check it, and we repair or replace it at no cost.
